A Shelf Foundation is a recently created Private Interest Foundation, registered with the Panamanian government, with its first year taxes paid up. This type of foundation already has a name registered, which can be changed if need be for an additional fee. From $1,200 + $400 corporate government franchise tax for a total of $1,600 (add optional courier fee and sales tax).
Add US$700 for a bank account setup in the name of the Panama foundation.
